AutoPoster is intended primarily for business and professional use. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You control what is connected, approved, and published. AI output and third-party data can be inaccurate. AutoPoster does not guarantee LinkedIn reach, leads, revenue, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.
1. Provider and agreement
BURO OPS AS
Organisation number 832 405 612
Ullevålsveien 12, 0171 Oslo, Norway
team@buroventures.com
BURO OPS AS (“BURO,” “AutoPoster,” “we,” or “us”) provides the AutoPoster service. These Terms, the applicable checkout information, and our Privacy Notice form the agreement between BURO and the customer or user (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Eligibility and business use
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. AutoPoster is offered primarily for business and professional purposes. If you qualify as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights apply and override any conflicting provision in these Terms.
3. The Service
AutoPoster helps customers manage business context, resources, templates, LinkedIn profiles, AI-assisted drafts, review queues, schedules, publishing connections, engagement information, leads, APIs, and related workflows. Features available to you depend on your plan, role, configuration, integrations, and third-party availability.
We may improve or change the Service over time. We will not intentionally remove a material paid feature during a current billing period without a reasonable operational, security, legal, or third-party reason. Where a material adverse change affects an ongoing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice and, where required by law, an opportunity to cancel.
4. Accounts, workspaces, and access
- You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for account credentials, invited users, roles, integrations, API keys, agents, and actions taken through your workspace.
- You must promptly notify us at team@buroventures.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Workspace owners and administrators control membership and may access or manage workspace data according to their roles.
- You may not share an individual login or bypass plan, seat, profile, or usage limits.
5. Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of content, resources, templates, business information, profile data, and other material you submit or connect (“Customer Content”). You grant BURO a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transform, transmit, and otherwise process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service under this agreement and your instructions.
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to use Customer Content and personal data in AutoPoster. This includes permission to connect and publish through profiles, process lead or comment data, use source material, and send data to integrations you enable.
We do not acquire ownership of Customer Content. We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information that does not identify a customer or individual to understand reliability, capacity, costs, and feature performance.
6. AI-assisted features
AutoPoster uses AI services to draft, rewrite, classify, analyse, score, or generate content and images. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to material produced for others. It is not professional, legal, financial, or factual advice.
You are responsible for reviewing output before use or publication, including factual claims, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, personal data, tone, platform rules, and suitability for your audience. Human-review controls reduce risk but do not replace your judgment.
Customer-provided LLM accounts and API credentials
If you connect a third-party large language model (“LLM”) account or provide an API credential, your relationship with that provider—including fees, limits, retention, and data use—is governed by the provider’s terms. You are responsible for securing your workspace, LLM account, and API credentials; configuring and monitoring available usage or spending limits; reviewing usage; and promptly revoking or rotating any credential you suspect has been compromised.
You are responsible for all fees and charges billed by the LLM provider for use of your account or credential, including unexpected, excessive, or unauthorised usage resulting from loss, sharing, compromise, or unauthorised access involving your workspace, LLM account, or credential. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, BURO is not liable for and will not reimburse or otherwise compensate you for such usage, fees, or charges. You must direct any request to reverse, refund, credit, or otherwise dispute unwarranted LLM usage or related charges to the applicable LLM provider.
7. LinkedIn and third-party services
AutoPoster can connect to services such as LinkedIn, Stripe, AI providers, publishing providers, scraping or enrichment services, and lead-management tools. Those services are independent and have their own terms, policies, fees, limits, and availability.
- You must use LinkedIn and other platforms in accordance with their applicable rules and only through accounts or data you are authorised to use.
- You must not use AutoPoster for spam, unauthorised scraping, deceptive engagement, impersonation, or unlawful direct marketing.
- We do not control and cannot guarantee third-party API access, account standing, data accuracy, delivery, reach, or continued availability.
- A third-party change may require us to modify, suspend, or discontinue an affected integration.
AutoPoster Partner Program
Participation in the AutoPoster Partner Program is governed by the separate Affiliate Program Terms. Those terms apply to partners who promote AutoPoster and are separate from these customer Terms. Customers do not pay an additional fee for using an affiliate link, and an affiliate relationship does not change the customer’s subscription, cancellation, refund, or statutory rights.
8. Plans, billing, renewal, and cancellation
Plans and limits
Your checkout page identifies the plan, price, currency, billing interval, included limits, and applicable taxes. Plan limits apply per workspace unless checkout states otherwise. We may restrict or pause usage that exceeds the plan or threatens service stability.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled. You authorise Stripe and BURO to charge the payment method associated with the subscription for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the workspace billing settings or by contacting us. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Unless checkout or mandatory law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and you retain access until then.
Refunds
Fees for a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law, where BURO agrees otherwise, or where a charge results from our billing error. Any statutory withdrawal or refund right available to a consumer remains unaffected.
Price changes
We may change future subscription prices for documented reasons such as product changes, provider costs, taxes, currency, or market conditions. We will provide reasonable advance notice. The change applies from a future renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law, violate platform rules, infringe rights, or process personal data without a lawful basis;
- publish deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful content;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, manufacture fake engagement, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- upload malware, probe or bypass security, disrupt the Service, or obtain unauthorised access;
- resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or copy the Service except where expressly permitted or where a restriction is prohibited by law;
- use credentials, profiles, resources, or data you do not have permission to use;
- use the Service to make high-impact decisions about individuals in employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, or similar contexts without appropriate human review and legal compliance.
10. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security work, capacity limits, internet conditions, and third-party outages can affect the Service. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, no service-level agreement applies.
Support is available at team@buroventures.com. Response times can vary by issue, plan, and operational availability.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel a subscription at any time. BURO may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, abuse, or a third-party restriction.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice, reasons, and an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination. We may act immediately where delay could cause harm, violate law, or compromise security. You may contact us to appeal a suspension.
After termination, access ends and data is handled according to the Privacy Notice. Where practical and lawful, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve Customer Content before deletion.
12. BURO intellectual property
BURO and its licensors own AutoPoster, its software, design, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the agreement. No other rights are transferred.
If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
13. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the agreement. This does not cover information already known without duty, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or public without breach.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. Where BURO acts as processor, an applicable data processing agreement also forms part of the relationship.
14. Disclaimers and liability
AutoPoster is a workflow and automation tool. We do not guarantee specific engagement, followers, leads, sales, revenue, platform access, or other business outcomes. You remain responsible for strategy, content approval, publication, outreach, legal compliance, and business decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by a third-party service that is outside the party’s reasonable control.
For business customers, BURO’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees paid or payable by the affected customer during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or other mandatory rights. Consumer rights are not limited by this section.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting each other.
For business customers, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to Oslo District Court as the agreed venue. Consumers retain the right to bring a claim in any venue available under mandatory law and may seek assistance from the Norwegian Consumer Council or another approved dispute-resolution body.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, operational, or product reasons. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to an ongoing paid service. If a material change adversely affects you, you may cancel before it takes effect. Changes required urgently by law or security may take effect sooner.
17. General
You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent, except as part of a genuine corporate reorganisation or sale of substantially all relevant assets. BURO may transfer the agreement as part of a merger, reorganisation, financing, or sale, provided the transfer does not reduce mandatory rights.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, checkout information, the Privacy Notice, and any signed order or data processing agreement are the complete agreement for the Service and replace earlier discussions about the same subject.
