Program summary

Approved partners earn 40% of eligible subscription revenue from attributed customers while those customers remain active and paying. Attribution uses a seven-day window and the most recent valid partner click. Eligible balances are processed on Mondays after reaching $50. Adjustments, prohibited promotion, refunds, chargebacks, and these Terms can affect commission eligibility.

1. Provider and agreement

BURO OPS AS

team@buroventures.com

BURO OPS AS (“BURO,” “AutoPoster,” “we,” or “us”) operates the AutoPoster Partner Program (the “Program”). These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”), the settings shown in the Partnero partner portal, our Privacy Notice, and any written program-specific agreement between you and BURO govern your participation.

By applying, accepting these Terms, using a referral link, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you participate for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. The customer’s purchase remains governed by the AutoPoster Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter into this agreement, and provide accurate identity, contact, tax, and payout information. Applications are subject to BURO’s approval. We may accept or decline an application based on legal or platform risk, prior conduct, or Program capacity, but we do not require a particular promotional channel or campaign method.

You must keep your information current and maintain access to the email address connected to your partner account. Approval is personal to you or the approved organisation and may not be transferred without BURO’s written consent.

3. Independent relationship

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary duty, or authority to bind BURO. You control how and when you promote AutoPoster, subject to these Terms, and you are responsible for your own costs, equipment, insurance, licences, and taxes.

4. Referral tracking and attribution

Partnero provides the Program portal and tracking infrastructure. Each partner receives a unique referral link that ordinarily contains an aff parameter. When a visitor follows a valid link, Partnero may store a referral identifier in the visitor’s browser and AutoPoster may connect that identifier to the customer account created through the referral.

  • Attribution window: the customer must first be attributed within seven days of the valid referral visit.
  • Attribution model: the most recent valid partner click controls when more than one partner link is used before signup.
  • Customer-based attribution: once validly attributed, eligible payments from that customer may generate recurring commission while the customer remains active and paying.
  • Tracking limits: attribution may fail where cookies or scripts are blocked, the customer uses another device or browser, the customer clears storage, the referral data is incomplete, or the referral otherwise cannot be verified.

Unless there is a manifest technical or clerical error, BURO’s and Partnero’s records determine attribution, eligible revenue, reversals, balance, and payout status. Contact us promptly with evidence if you believe a record is incorrect.

5. Commission and lifetime eligibility

The current commission rate is 40% of Commissionable Revenue from an attributed customer. “Commissionable Revenue” means subscription fees actually received by BURO for eligible AutoPoster plans, after discounts and credits and excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, processor fees where separately stated as non-commissionable, and any item marked non-commissionable in the portal or a written offer.

“Lifetime commission” means that an approved partner can continue earning the applicable commission on eligible renewal payments while the attributed customer remains active, paying, and validly attributed. It does not mean a guaranteed minimum duration, guaranteed earnings, or that the Program, commission rate, product price, or these Terms can never change.

A commission is provisional until the underlying payment is final, eligible, and not subject to refund, chargeback, fraud review, cancellation, or another adjustment under these Terms.

6. Ineligible transactions and adjustments

Commission is not earned on:

  • your own subscription, a subscription controlled by you, or a purchase made through duplicate, recycled, or related-party accounts mainly to generate commission;
  • fraudulent, misleading, unauthorised, cancelled, fully refunded, charged-back, disputed, or unpaid transactions;
  • transactions attributed through cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fabricated leads, misuse of promotions, or another breach of these Terms;
  • taxes, free trials, free plans, credits, gifts, test transactions, or items identified as non-commissionable;
  • an existing customer unless BURO approved the reactivation or offer in writing.

If a commission has already been recorded or paid for an ineligible or later-adjusted transaction, BURO may cancel or reverse it, deduct it from a future balance, or request repayment. We will not use this section to reverse a valid commission merely because the customer later cancels after an otherwise eligible paid period.

7. Payouts, invoices, and taxes

  • Commission balances and payouts are denominated in USD unless the portal states otherwise.
  • The minimum eligible balance for payout is $50. A lower balance rolls forward until the threshold is met.
  • Eligible payouts are processed weekly on Mondays. Bank holidays, provider reviews, payout-method settlement times, inaccurate account details, or operational and compliance checks may delay receipt.
  • Partnero may generate an invoice automatically on your behalf. You authorise this self-billing process and must promptly report inaccurate invoice or tax information.
  • Available payout methods and any method-specific requirements are shown in the partner portal.

You are responsible for selecting and maintaining a valid payout method and for all taxes, reporting, registrations, and charges arising from your commission income. BURO may request tax or identity documentation and may withhold payment where required by law or until required information is supplied.

8. Honest promotion and disclosure

You choose how, where, and to whom you promote AutoPoster. Permitted methods include paid advertising, organic content, email, direct recommendations, communities, and other channels you consider appropriate. Paid campaigns, including search and social advertising, do not require BURO’s prior approval.

You must promote AutoPoster accurately and in good faith. Wherever you make an endorsement or share a referral link, clearly and prominently disclose that you may receive a commission. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand before or alongside the endorsement, not hidden behind a vague label or distant link.

You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, email, privacy, consumer-protection, platform, and direct-marketing rules in every market you address. You may use only current, accurate product information and offers issued or approved by BURO.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading redirects, pop-ups, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, malware, or automatic referral insertion;
  • make false or unsubstantiated claims, guarantee reach, leads, revenue, account safety, or other outcomes, or conceal material product limitations;
  • impersonate BURO, create a site, account, domain, ad, or social handle likely to appear official, or misrepresent your authority or relationship with BURO;
  • publish private or unauthorised coupon codes, submit AutoPoster to coupon sites without permission, or advertise a discount BURO did not issue or approve;
  • create fake reviews, testimonials, leads, traffic, accounts, or transactions, including through deceptive or abusive incentives;
  • promote AutoPoster alongside unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or malicious content;
  • interfere with tracking, security, the portal, or another partner’s attribution.

10. AutoPoster brand and intellectual property

During approved participation, BURO grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use current Program-provided AutoPoster names, links, and brand assets to promote AutoPoster under these Terms. You may create your own ads and promotional materials. You may not alter an asset in a misleading way, register confusingly similar rights, imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond Program membership, sublicense the assets, or use them after participation ends.

BURO and its licensors retain all rights in AutoPoster, its software, content, designs, trademarks, and brand assets. Any goodwill arising from permitted use benefits BURO.

11. Data, privacy, and records

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice. Partnero also processes partner, referral, customer, commission, and payout data under its own terms and privacy information. You must not collect or use customer personal data through the Program except as lawfully obtained for your own independent relationship with that person.

Review your portal records regularly. Report a suspected attribution, commission, or payout error within 30 days after it first appears or should reasonably have appeared in your portal. We will investigate in good faith, but delayed notice may limit our ability to verify or correct third-party tracking records.

12. Confidentiality

Non-public pricing, roadmap, customer, security, commercial, and Program information disclosed by BURO is confidential. Use it only for approved Program participation, protect it with reasonable care, and do not disclose it unless BURO permits it or law requires disclosure. Information already public without breach, independently developed, or lawfully received without restriction is not confidential.

13. Suspension and termination

You may leave the Program at any time. BURO may suspend tracking or payouts while reasonably investigating fraud, legal risk, a security issue, inaccurate information, or a suspected breach. We may terminate participation for material or repeated breach, misleading promotion, manipulation, fraud, unlawful conduct, reputational harm, prolonged inactivity, or Program closure.

Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a non-urgent breach. We may act immediately where delay could cause harm, violate law, compromise security, or enable fraud. On termination, you must stop using referral links and BURO brand assets.

Valid commission earned before termination remains payable in the ordinary cycle after adjustments, unless it arose from fraud, prohibited conduct, or an ineligible transaction. Future customer payments after termination do not generate commission unless BURO confirms otherwise in writing.

14. Program and term changes

BURO may change or discontinue the Program, commission rate, attribution model, threshold, payout schedule, eligible products, or these Terms for legal, security, provider, operational, or commercial reasons. We will provide reasonable advance notice of a material adverse change where practical. Urgent legal, fraud, security, or provider changes may take effect sooner.

Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. They do not reduce a valid commission already earned on a final eligible payment before that date, although refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and other adjustments under these Terms still apply.

15. No earnings guarantee and liability

The Program, portal, links, and materials are provided on an “as available” basis. BURO does not guarantee traffic, conversion, customer retention, commission, payout timing, uninterrupted tracking, or any level of earnings. Examples on the Program page illustrate arithmetic only and are not forecasts or promises.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these Terms for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss caused by a third-party service outside its reasonable control. BURO’s aggregate liability arising from the Program will not exceed the commission paid or payable to you during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury.

You are responsible for third-party claims, penalties, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful promotion, misleading statements, infringement, privacy violation, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent caused by your conduct.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting each other. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to Oslo District Court as the agreed venue, unless mandatory law requires another venue.

17. General

You may not transfer these Terms without BURO’s written consent. BURO may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganisation, financing, or sale of relevant assets. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

These Terms, the portal settings, our Privacy Notice, and any written program-specific agreement are the complete agreement for Program participation. If they conflict, a signed program-specific agreement controls, then these Terms, then the portal settings.
