Leads & CRM
Enrich contacts and sync them into your CRM.
Connection
Connect this workspace to Close and choose when existing CRM records should be updated.
Sync rules
Control which leads sync, how opportunities are created, and how new Close leads are assigned.
The opportunity owner is Close’s native owner. Lead assignment uses a User-type custom field and is configured separately below.
Country sync filter
Add countries to stop leads there from syncing to Close. This uses the person country returned by GetSales, not the company country.
Choose a country, then press Enter. An empty list leaves the filter off.
This filter controls future sync activity. Close records already created are not deleted.
Opportunity creation
Choose where opportunities for new unique leads should enter your Close pipeline.
Sets the native owner on each new Close opportunity.
Leads still sync without a phone. Their opportunity is created once a phone number becomes available.
Lead assignment
Route new AutoPoster leads to one user, by weighted share, or round-robin.
Close stores lead ownership in a User-type custom field, such as Lead Owner.
Users in pool
Weights are relative (e.g. 70 and 30 ≈ 70%/30%).
Field mapping
Choose how AutoPoster values land in Close’s built-in and custom fields.
Built-in Close fields Managed defaults for standard lead and contact data
Defaults use native lead data plus GetSales enrichment where available. Change a source only if your Close organization expects something else.
Custom fields
Map additional AutoPoster values into custom Lead or Contact fields you created in Close.
Sync activity
Recent Close create/update jobs for this workspace.
Maintenance
Run one-time jobs against leads that already exist. These actions do not change the sync rules above.
Create Close records for AutoPoster leads that have not synced yet.
Apply the saved opportunity rule to eligible leads that are already synced.
Update already-synced Close records using the currently saved field mappings.
Connection
Connect with OAuth. AutoPoster stores encrypted access and refresh tokens and renews access automatically.
Contact sync
OAuth provisions every required HubSpot property. Contacts are matched by AutoPoster ID, LinkedIn URL, then exact email—never by fuzzy name.
Selected leads is the safe default. Use the checkboxes on the Leads page, then choose “Sync to HubSpot.”
Each contact, deal, and note is a separate HubSpot object record. Historical comments are never backfilled automatically.
When enabled, each synced contact gets one associated deal, protected by the same unique AutoPoster lead ID.
Maintenance
Run duplicate-safe synchronization for the leads allowed by “AutoPoster leads to send.” The projected maximum is shown before anything is queued.
Activity log Recent contact, note, and deal synchronization

API reference
Open a dedicated, full-screen reference with grouped endpoints, schemas, examples, and an endpoint test console.
Webhooks
Send AutoPoster events to Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own endpoint. Live events send automatically. Use Send backlog for historical leads or comments — already-sent items are skipped.

Billing
Configure Stripe-backed pricing and define the included workspace usage.
Exclusive trial links
Create a reusable private link. Anyone with the link can start one seven-day trial until its optional deadline or manual revocation.
Leave the availability field blank to keep the link active until you revoke it. Links with a deadline show the exact closing time and a live countdown. Signups appear under each link as soon as someone creates an account. The seven-day trial begins separately when each user completes Stripe Checkout.
Paid API protection
Phone validation quota
A database reservation is required before every RapidAPI request. Once the monthly limit is reached, validation pauses automatically.
